MEET YOUR CHEFS
LUC JEAN
Having begun his culinary journey at the young age of fifteen, Luc has over 25 years of experience in the kitchen from the Southern regions of France, London England, Tylosand Sweden and Brisbane Australia. In 2018 Luc took the reins as partner and executive chef for WOW Catering. Luc also has a television show on French CBC called “La Main a La Pate,” stay tuned for season 3 coming out spring of 2021.
JOSÉE CURÉ
Already experienced in the hospitality industry, Josée pursued her formal education at Red River College followed by a work placement at the Banff Springs Hotel. Afterwards, Josée returned to her hometown and opened up J’em Bistro situated in the historic Musée de St.Pierre Museum. There, you can expect great tasting food using fresh local ingredients whenever possible and available. Her creative and bold ideas truly shine in her innovative menu creations.
